Went to customer service desk, asked them if the 30% applied to the 6800s also. They said yes. Asked them to order a Verto 6800 Ultra for me, they could not since it was A07. See earlier for explanation. Asked if the 30% woudl be valid online they said they did not know. Asked if they had any Gts in stock, they said no. Asked if they could order one. They said "Sure." Ordered one, right then and there paid for it - $292.55 after tax, no rebate no nothing, just used the 30% on the spot. If anyone wants me to I will use a scanner at work tommorow and put the image in if someone can host it.

I wouldnt hesitate on buying a GT for $300 at all. I just got off the phone with them.. really dont want to drive 30 miles away... It is a nice day for a bike ride though, and the Honda Hoot is in town, just down the road from CompUSA. Decisions.. decisions.

I just called their number, the one the guy called in the FW thread, and um yeah.

I had him look up both the manufacturing part # and their product # and he didn't find anything. I then had him look up that for the GT and he said it brought up a mini-manual for a GE dishwasher or something. Also, when he looked up their part number for the Ultra he got an MX440 and a 4200. How would they have the same part number for multiple products?

We just got back from CUSA. Yes the deal of 30% of all PNY is legit. Yes the manager said if he could get any three of those cards I could get one at 30% off. No he would'nt let me order a any of these products because he said it's not a stock item yet. He said try back the 1st of July when it's slated to be released to CUSA.

If these guys are getting thier order in they have a more ammeable manager than I got so go try today as YMMV according to the success of the fatwallet guy. But I think I'll wait to try again on the first.

Anyway if anyone wants a FX5900se for $150 they had plenty.

I have the flyer in my hand and the ad specifically says "Save 30% on all PNY Graphics Cards" with "After Savings" in small print below that. That's it, no mention of any exclusions.

LifeTime warrenty is a lie, its lifetime of product. If you call their customer suckass, they call you a liar if you dont have the reciept and you want to RMA it. the only reason to chose them is price
