ok tried to define it more clearly.
It's the "molest" part that needs to be defined.
For example is it molesting a kid if a medical Doctor performs a physical?
Probably not, but what if the doctor is sexually attracted to kids? Now is it considered molestation, if he gets off on it? If so, why the distinction? If not, why is it okay for him to do it but not someone who isn't a doctor?
Say it's some pervert daycare worker changing baby diapers. What if the worker is some kind of pervert that gets off on that, does he die? What if he doesn't actually touch the kid any different than other workers when they change the diapers?
What about "indirect" molestation, like a guy watching kiddy porn, the guy isn't molesting the kids directly but he creates the market that caused the kids to be molested.
Is it just intent? How can you ever really know the intent in every case? What if the pervert in question gets off through purely verbal molestation, would he still be killed just because he talked dirty to some kids? What if he thought about it but never acted on it? What if he thought he was talking dirty to a kid, but it was really someone acting as a kid for a sting operation?
What if you were the owener/editor of a legit porno magazine, and somehow someone put in some pictures of an 11 year old without your knowledge?
What if the button had a bug, like measuring a person age by the number of birthdays they had, then a 40 year old woman born on leap-year would still be treated as a 10 year old kid and anyone who ever had sex with her would be killed.
To many variables really, I wouldn't push the button.
