If there was a graphics/webdesign forum, would you visit it?

Yeah I'd like a web design/graphic design forum.

Wouldn't be bad. A place where people can talk about html and java or if they need help implementing something. Plus alot of people could post pictures they need help editing. There was a thread from a guy who needed help editing a graphic in photshop and there were numerious responses, so it'd be cool.
