Never been shot with a BB gun but I doubt that it doesn't hurt, considering I've heard of them chipping teeth and even work with a guy who has one under his skin still.

This summer I worked with two guys that looked exactly like that. Less crazy though.

When I was younger we used to do stupid shit with BB guns.
I've been hit many times, and from range it just stings a bit and leaves a little mark. Up close shots can penetrate skin though. If it is the first couple of shots on an air cartridge it does way more damage but if it's a pump gun, it usually isn't too bad.
