This year my tax return was a lot more complicated and I was unsure if I filed everything correctly. If they cashed my check already does that I'm in the clear?

You'll NEVER know for sure. But you'll have reasonable assurance April 15, 2007.

Incorrect. My brother made a mistake in math and the IRS let him know that his return would be bigger than he originally filed.
