I would probably pick Chinese and Italian foods to save. What about you?
 
chinese and... some european one

chinese because you can get just about any other asian cuisine from it, with the exception of some japanese food
i can't decide on a good european one... probably french just because it seems more developed, so we would be losing more 😛 unfortunately i couldn't think of a single european cuisine from which most others could be derived...
 
How would this matter, we would be on another world and our food sources would be completely different.

My choice would be Cooked or uncooked you try it first.

So, the only info on food would be in the computer? Does that mean that everyone's (that survived) knowledge and experience on how to cook was wiped??? Must've been the excessive gamma radiation emissions from the reverse matter/anti-matter processors 😕
 
id be too busy having sex the 3 breasted pleasure women on planet sigma and trying to keep from being food for the giant lizards in the gamma quadrant...

while on the other hand u would have been eaten by the evil mega carnivorous ducks while trying to decide what cuisine to download and not paying attention to the women on board the earth vessel in which ur the only male
