Someone have a million budget, and want to offer you the thing you want the most.What would be that thing?

You cannot take the cash, cannot purchase feelings ( ex. love ) and cannot purchase sexual favor ( ex. get all L.A. Strippers into your bedroom 😛 ) .

And it can only be ONE item

A mansion in NYC. Let that appreciate in value and then sell is for more $$$.

But then again, a million probably wouldn't get you a mansion in NYC, so let's just leave it at prime real estate.
