either an M5 with all the options or a 911 GT3 (I'd prefer the GT2, $180K, but the GT3 is right at $99,900 MSRP)

I'd do most of the "normal" stuff myself. Honestly, a Porsche isn't that much more money in upkeep than a basic BMW. There are a few things which are outrageous (the $1,500 clutch job on my 924S comes to mind) but that's only once every 4-5 years is you're hard on the clutch. 7-10 years if you're easy on the clutch. 911 engine uses timing chains, so no timing belt changes to worry about. The biggest problem is labor because it's hard to access the parts. If you're handy with a wrench, you can do those things yourself.

Used H1 (You can't get them new for $100k)

Fix it up HARDCORE w/ military parts, tint the windows, load it up with electronics, "skid plate" the ENTIRE bottom with diamond plate steel - grenade proof.

Oh, and did I mention CRAZY ELECTRONICS and sound?

My Bronco, modded:
Front and rear Dynatrac 60s, ARBs, 39.5" BFG Krawler T/As, sweet stereo, line-x inside and outside grey, EFI 5.8L, NV4500, Atlas T-case, 5.5" custom 3/4 link suspension, Trail flex flares.

Pocket the rest. ( and by pocket, I meant make many many wheeling trips and buy a truck load of spare parts.)

Damn I guess this means I can't get an SL55 AMG then, eh?

//M5 then.

Why not MSRP is only 75k last I checked...

Um no. I just looked at MB's site and they start at $113,970.

Link? I just went there and did the build my own E55 AMG and the MSRP shows 76k....

The E55 AMG is NOT the same as an SL55 AMG, which is what was originally mentioned.

A real man's car.

What kind of trailer though? A climate controlled box with enough computer hardware in it to replace NORAD?

exactly which of the cars i listed is a pussy car?

///M roadster for daily driving
toureg for hauling/towing
that leaves ~$35k for a 944. you know what a $35k 944 can do? beat a supra around the track.

8 sec 1/4 mile is great. but turning the steering wheel left and right is a fun thing too.

the ///m roadster would even beat your 1000hp dyno queen on an autox course.

supras are dyno/highway monsters, but it doesnt match up to a 944 in any other area.

imo anyway

HA!
Supra's are for people who want to go fast, but too dumb to really know how to do it. So what do they do "Buy a Supra!!"
Disgraceful.
