Eh I'm sure he has little minions working under him the catalogue all this stuff. Then when he needs some dirt or something, pulls up your number and has a whole bunch of stuff to work with. Hell he probably even has it electronically databased these days, and using a thumbprint scan it automatically pulls up your file.
