If rap artist are untalented then make up a rap verse right now! I'd say make one paragraph that pertains to your life in general or you could rap about politics or anything else that is worth rapping about. The verse has to be well constructed and it has to have meaning.

It isn't so easy now is it?

😀

"I love you like a fat kid love cake"

Doesn't make much sense and it's lame, I know. But I didn't write it, a guy who sells millions of albums did.

The only thing dumber than most rappers are their listeners.

I will admit that I don't follow rap and I wouldn't know what rapper is considered good or bad. I thought 50 cent was one of the better ones, since he's so popular right now.

I've done this before, and if I get a few minutes later today I'll do it again. Its quality will be up to par with most of the crap on the radio now--you've my word on it.

tec699 is a sonufabitch
got the blue balls bad and a rotten crotch itch

He's out in the woods with a bunch of dolts
dressed in a kilt and throwing "lightning bolts!"

He's straight nerd with a touch of geek
his hand hasn't given it up in over a week

Well, I don't know but I've been told
if I cut a record it would go straight gold

Bong!

Hah, I like it. You've got the self-congratulation, and also the requisite reference to selling a lot of records.

You forgot to mention dubz/rimz, gold/platinum teeth and the amount of hoes you've accumulated over the years...

And you expect to make millions... psssh

Rap is Crap
There is no doubt
To all my Homes I give this shout

"But it's a rhyme"
I hear it all the time
I hear it on the street
From all the "L33T"
I hear it in the halls
Well, you all can SUCK MY BALLS! 😉

Yo yo yo
Now just so you know
I got's to go...

this reminds me of Chingy. His first song/album was "Balla Baby". He was wearing so much bling you'd think he was some superstar before he even released that video. And not to disappoint the stereotype... he had half naked chicks dancing around too.

I am not a fan of rap but rap takes talent. If it didn't, all of you would be out making millions rapping.

the hardest part is getting hooked up. It's about the connections. After that, you leave it up to the marketers (publicists) and your mediocre video can be a huge hit.

I gotz mo bitches than my man Hugh
I sellz mo records than Fiddy do
I gotz mo gold than all Fort Knox
My chainz be hanging to my socks

Though I don't "like" rap and all the derivatives, I woudln't say rappers have no talent. I just don't like the music that much. Now those pop-lip-synching-stars have no talent. But that's another thread.

true true
i think it takes talent to freestyle and have good flow etc but really it takes a lot of talent to make good beats too and most ppl don't know who makes the beats for most rappers...

This is 50 cent's single out right now. This is what I just wrote:

I'm takin' the challenge, the gloves was thrown down,
But ya'll should know better, cause this my town.
My lyrical genius has no bounds,
Now shutup and listen, while I expound.
You got rhymes, huh, like Dr. Zeus?
Yo sh*t ain't nothin', son, you sound obtuse.
'Stead of women you call them bitches,
Those dog-like witches leave me in stitches.

Oh, you got dubs...a gold tooth or two,
Mercedes out front, and in back an H2.
Thas so poor, won't make the hos wet,
If you played wit me, you'd be in the learjet.

Don't like what I say? Do I make you sad?
Step back, cuz, or you'll make me mad.
That's last thing you need, cause next to my stash,
I keep all my toys...yeah, the weapons cache.
AK four seven I use to warm up,
Make my encore with my fave--the bullpup.

The only problem with that is that a lot of rap artists don't write their own music. They have writers that do it for them. They just sing/talk them.

I will ghost write for 50 cent.

"Mah rims, they gleamin' like muh steel,
Cmon homey, gangsta be da way I feel,
specially when I pop some bub atcha,
I'm VIP,
medallion swingin like an iceberg,
game is so Icy,
come stunt n getcha feelin's hurt,
I don't play
cuz holmes got his girl took,
doin' this sht evereeday,
So don't front on me,
or I'll hitcha wit da AK"

If Dr. Dre does the beat for this song, I will be rich and they'll play it in all the clubs!!
