I want to reply to you because, everything above this post is garbage. Written either/or short sighted and/or young lived.

Police need to be required to live in the communities they service. This used to be a law, at least when I was growing up in MI. If you wanted to be a cop you needed to be a resident of the community you were serving. That brings along understanding of your neighbors, better rapport with you community and also respect for the people of that community.

Cops say there is no correlation to living in the community they work in and job performance and also they are afraid of retribution by some people who would notice their faces...

Yes, the World would be better with Putin dead, but Biden needs to give UKR one more check and cut them loose after, a lot of Americans are tired of giving money to UKR

I don't think your community appreciates police....why would you want to work there? It be better to work for a town or city that doesn't have tensions with cops. Black cop, white cop, doesn't matter. Any town with a Majority-Minority population will have tensions with police, reason why they should withdraw from those areas. Nothing can't be solved there.
