If I upgrade today..845e or 845g?

As the thread title states...if i was to upgrade form 1800+ on Epox 8kha+ today running Crucial DDR pc2100.
Obviously I'd like to keep the DDR and only upgrade the cpu and motherboard. Granite Bay is not an option at this point, and I doubt I'll want to spend 200.00 on a board when the time comes. Let's assume an overall budget of roughly 350.00 dollars...what are my options?

Why not have a look at the 845PE chipset. It supports DDR333 oficially and also Hyperthreading.

There was a review of a couple of PE boards right here at Anandtech a month ago i think?

Get an Asus P4PE. It's a great board!

Go with I845PE - The Asus P4PE is a super baord. But Im sure there are other freat ones.
