If I sell an item, do I have to refund it?

it looks like a case of a bad seller feeling bad trying to justify himself.

I'm glad you got your money back and noone lost anything...

I always found it wierd that he would not refund you the money EVEN THOUGH the product was NEVER shipped and... theres no fees when cancellations occur on paypal.

Even when he was presenting his story I felt like he was leaving something out...

However that doesn't mean I'm siding with you completely Ubiquity, this is just what went through my mind reading the posts.

If I was the seller I would have refunded unless I turned other buyers down and they were no longer intersted. Count yourself lucky Ubiquity, even if he was an ass you did get your money back. Not wanting to trade with someone after you already send them money is pretty stupid.
