and it lags horrible can u tell me where my problem is if i post a ss of my ping and tracert cmd lines or w.e they are called?
 
LOL, I don't think you lose power in the route... unless you are routing through several wireless routers or something. Throw it up here and we can look at it, but I would say either your on wireless and you are getting periodic interference or you are running stuff in the background like kaza or limewire or aim. You don't need anything like that when you are gaming so turn it off.
