Yeah I cannot tell in that video if the NE2H bulb in the gate pilot light is oscillating or it's a rolling shutter effect on "pole switching" which occurs at the frequency of the mains AC used to drive the lamp. (if applicable)*

*NE2s driven on DC only have one electrode glowing. 😎
