i dont drink alone. Beer is only good with friends, imo.

A beer is the perfect conclusion to mowing the lawn when it's 85 degrees outside. (Water is the perfect conclusion at 95 degrees outside)

Well, yeah you're right. But I meant drinking. Having one or two beers is not really drinking.

I'm working on a story, so I drink to write better.

I'm not sure if I actually write any better when drunk, or if being drunk enables me to not care if what I'm writing is pure shite. :)

Did you write your signature?

what?

The words, in your signature. Did you write them?

no, it's from a queens of the stone age song, 'turnin' on the screw'

Oh okay, thank you. I must not have that album.

I'll get ahold of it. Joey Castillo is an amazing drummer, Songs for the Deaf was always a good adrenaline album.

I don't get these comments. Why is drinking alone any worse than drinking with friends? The effects of alcohol can be just as enjoyable and safe if you are alone.

Perhaps you guys are getting this backwards. Maybe most alcoholics drink alone, but drinking alone does not make you an alcoholic.

same, sometimes I like to be alone too. Tonight was an example, got roped into going to a party and after about half an hour I said F this and called and got a ride home. Just wasn't in the mood.

How about this. Drinking alone makes me feel like an alcoholic.

But then, I'm a grown ass man that's never been to dinner, or a movie by himself. Just seems unacceptable to me.

Wow. I'm 30, married, 2 kids, and I *prefer* going to movies alone - lol.
