Feel free to register to vote in California and then ask for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you in the UK. They'll do it.

Added bonus: You can then use your voter ID card as proof of citizenship in order to get into the USA.

Speaking of US election, when is it anyway? The campaign has been going on for what seems like forever, I presume the election date must be soon? Canada had time to have an election and swear in a new PM, at this rate we'll probably even legalize pot before the US has their election. 😛
