If I change to the same MB, do I need to reformat HD?

I'm swapping out my X2 4600+ with Asus A8N 32-SLI-Deluxe MB for a FX-60 with another Asus A8N 32-SLI-Deluxe. Since I've gone to the trouble of installing an aftermarket heatsink on the 4600+, I don't want to just swap processors. I'd prefer swapping out CPU/MB combos.

Since I'm swapping out with the same model MB, I shouldn't have to reformat my HD right? Any problems I'm not seeing here?

No, you chould be good to go, even if the OS needs to load a new driver, it'll already be present and load automaticly (I'm assuming XP). but everything else should be the same. I've done a CPU swap a few times and aside from the case jockying, it pretty simple..
