If Germany had won WWII, that would leave Europe speaking German, but not us.
A victory for Japan would have involved the US signing a peace treaty soon after Pearl Harbor. The Japanese had no intention of conquering the US, just crippling us enough so we couldn't interfere in their conquest plans in Southeast Asia.
So, Germany owns Europe, and Japan owns the Pacific, pretty much. But well before Pearl Harbor, the US was already building up the military. All the ships that were sunk at Pearl were already scheduled to be replaced. In fact, several of the newer battleships (USS North Carolina, USS Washington, South Dakota, and more) were already in the water and working up to ready status at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack. So were some new carriers.
So, if we had made peace with Japan, it would have only prolonged the eventual conflict with them in the South Pacific, which, we would have won anyway.
Germany could never, every have mounted an invasion of the United States. Their navy was pitiful compared to ours, even after the attack on Pearl. And neither Germany nor Japan could match the industrial might of the US, so trying to build up a navy to challenge ours wouldn't have worked, either.
I guess that we would have probably never have gone to war with Germany in this scenario, and our conquest of Japan would have been delayed, but likely would have still happened.
