If Bush wins the election, will there be riots in America?

So what do you think? Do you think there will be riots in this great nation of our? Given how heated and how much feelings and emotions that everyone has invested in the election this time, will those emotions materialize?

EDIT: Given the "mentality" of some Bush voters... I will now be forced to change the question so that it reflects both sides of the table. So what if Kerry wins, wil there be more likely of the chances of riots?

You're obviously young because this election and the level of division is no different than in the Nixon election, the Reagan election....hell, even the elections of the 30's and 40's.

No, there won't be riots. People will just go "huh...how 'bout that" and go about their normal "It's not an election year so I don't care" lives.

So what caused people to throw eggs at the Bush inauguration? The first president of the United States to EVER face such shame... If it happened the first time, don't you think it'll be worse the second go round?

If there are, I hope they put some kind of gestapo together, so I can join it and bash some skulls.

The only reason that's the first time it's ever happened is because people have forgotten how to respect people whether they agree with them or not. People throwing eggs at the inauguration is no better than some 2 year-old throwing a tantrum. It's childish, immature, and accomplishes absolutely nothing.

You're absolutely right that the behavior is childish and immature, but think about what would cause grown adults to go against their wisdom, abandone all reasonings and act in such a way? Over what? Simple matters? Or is it something much deeper than "Oh, you didn't give me candy so I'll TP your house"?

What was the average age of people out there throwing eggs? I don't know, but I'd be willing to bet that there weren't 40, 50, and 60 year olds out there. I'm betting it was mainly people in there 20s and 30s, whcih goes to show the moral gap in the generation gap.

Exact my point, the group which will comprise of a good chunk of the voters... the same "generation gap" with "bad judgement" that will show their emotions.... Anymore before I give my final statement?

If you see a large margin of a Popular vote win for Kerry but yet still have the Electoral put Bush in, then yes, you will see the beginnings of U.S. Civil War II.

If Kerry Wins? No the Neocons may have money but they have no spine, no fight in them to fight themselves, they hide behind our Military boys.

Sounds to me like you're saying if you really disagree with someone than it's understandable that you abandoned mature civilized behavior and throw eggs?

Don't direct the question at me, I asked the question, I think you should direct the question to the millions of voters that *might* feel like they're cheated, *yet again* (hypothetical, don't get panties in bunch).
