I never real saw the need for a tablet (and I'm an Apple-hater,) but for $200, I'll give it a go and root it.

If nothing else, I'll have a large, touch-screen alarm clock with weather on my nightstand. :thumbsup:

Heard it's very picky on makes and classes of the cards.

What's the battery life on those running the 1.1Ghz kernel?

wifi only. I believe that answer also satisfies questions #2 and 3.

Fairly well in the stock browser. The hardest part is lack of input (aka since Bluetooth and USB keyboards don't work).

That's the reason why I bought my last SDHC card through Amazon. Being a Prime member makes shipping very fast, and hey... you gotta put it to use anyway .
