If anyone is interested in Bodybuilding

Jay Cutler. At 5'10" and 290lbs, I think that is just too much muscle for that small of a frame.

I've met Jay Cutler. He's about 5'8", or my height. He used to get listed as 5'9", but I guess winning Mr. Olympia has raised his stature. 😀

nope but whoever took those photographs was either trying to conceal the camera or they have no idea what they are doing.

They look typical of most expo/large presentation shots I have seen.

This are all large groups of shots of various people during the show. I am sure if they had one person or even two to focus on the shots would be better.

So very unappealing...then again, any chick that could kick my ass has the same effect on me.

IMO, all body builders look unappealing when in competition, but most don't look at all like that when they're not at <= 7% body fat, tanning oil, as vascular as a meth addict, etc. Many of the women and men look great normally. Granted, some of the larger men always look freakishly big, but that's what they're going for anyway.

I used to have a personal trainer that was a professional natural body builder, but outside of competition you almost couldn't tell. You'd see him at a contest and think, "WTH, is that really him?" Looked great otherwise.

Hmmm...............

Jay must've seriously worked that back of his.

I just never thought he had (or could even attain) the kind of back needed to win the Mr. O.

It's too bad Dorian Yate's career was cut short, or he'd probably still be winning 'em!

Some of the fitness models that look so freakish in competition; are amazingly hot when they put back on 10% or so bodyfat off season.

They have all the great curves...it's the 'heavyweight' women that are freaks 24/7 to most of use, but there is a surprising number of men that like them.

oh damn, that's pretty big news...I have a M&F sub to get help with new techniques and form, but it's also cool reading about the pros.

They do look nasty when competing, but that is only for a few weeks or months. During their non-contest bodyfat percentage, they are very good looking.

There are 3-4 women who compete in my gym and they look fantastic most of the time. When they start tanning severely and thinning down, you know they are getting ready for a contest.

Awesome. I always liked Cutler more than Coleman. Coleman is a beast... he's fvcking huge... but he doesn't have nearly the same aesthetics that Cutler has imho.

Thanks for the results.

Here is a pic of Me and Jay Culter at the Arnold Expo 2006, this February. (FYI: I am 5'11", 170lbs)

nice, you look like you may be pretty decent in shape as well.

For the guy that posted below you....a guy like Culter has probably about 75-100lbs of muscle mass than most of us that lift can hope for at his height. He's not going to look like some giant titan really, but he will have dips, valleys and mountains that even the experienced lifter doesn't have.

Many people can get away in clothes having decent mass and a lot of body fat to round it all out. When you cut yourself down to 10% or less it's just your muscle giving you your shape.

My arms are a ripped 16"...carrying a bit of a gut since I am bulking and my bodyfat never goes to my legs or arms. There are many guys out there that lift and seem to have bigger looking arms, or even equal...but mine are way more defined and usually stronger. I workout with 100-110lbs for curls, and 45-50lbs for my hammer curls. My target weight is around 180lbs, 175-185 at 10% BF (body fat) in March.

I am 5"10.5...at Jay's contest prep and me at the same BF I'd gain about 1.5" on him, but lose about 85lbs of muscle to him (with the extra height perhaps 90-95lbs). It would be a slaughter.

Now the Weider guys probably already signed him for a big contract and surprise, surprise he will win Olympia for 5 or so years in a row. Mr Olympia is a huge scam by the Weiders. Ever since Dorian Yates won it with a recently torn bicep and soft as crap its been fairly obvious.
