Why dont they change the voltage of the Xfire fingers, they could find a frequency that keeps the frames synced and change it to that.

You don't really hear about an NDA on something as trivial as a graphics card driver either. There are many NDAs signed by reporters, not just for stuff like new graphics cards...

I have been under NDA for drivers numerous times. Not recently, was back in the days of ATI, before AMD bought them. But its really kind of common practice. The average joe doesn't hear about it though, as part of the NDA states to not mention the NDA or the item(s) it covers.
