IF AIRLINES SOLD PAINT (Best explanation I have heard regarding airline tickets.)

passenger airlines can all ALL ALL go out of buisness,
But I want UPS and FedEx to keep flying!!

I flew twice, to/from Dallas from Midland /Odessa Tx. it was ok,and faster than driving,but ;
i want to be able to stop,turn around,change destinations etc
Buses suck worse, never tried Amtrack...

From what I heard through my mom is that there were so many complaints they changed their mind.

A know a lot of business travellers take advantage of this policy because things get cancelled and they just have the ticket reissued for a later date when they need to take another trip.

Considering they already charge a $100 change fee for this, it would have been stupid to shoot themselves in the foot by pissing off customers.

hah, pretty funny, long, and could probalby go on for quite a fair deal longer! i don't deal much with airlines, so i can't feel your pains....though i've heard enough horror stories

Yeah, I don't think UPS and/or FedEx should have much to worry about since packages never seem to complain or have to reschedule their flights. All the passenger Airline Cos. can pretty much kiss my a$$.

I used to like Amtrack but nowawadys it's pretty nasty....and not any cheaper. Amtrack deserves to go outta business, then maybe a newer company will take it over and turn it into something more efficient like the Eurail.
