Shoot her! Point blank. She has no regard for your life, why should you have it for hers. Unless the one in question was stupid enough not to wear protection or get a blood test b4 they slept with her. If the later is the case, you have no one to blame but yourself.
I am sorry for the one that may have gotten HIV though. Good luck.

Actually she'd be put on sex on demand status.

Seriously in this...if I got AIDS/HIV from a chick when she didn't know that's on me and no fault to her. We'd be in the mess together, the rest of this would apply to that person and down the list.

If she did know and I didn't ask, that's on me. If I didn't ask and didn't protect myself doubly so.

If I did ask and she knew she had it but told me 'no I am clean', that's on her esp if I took all my precautions. If she already knew she infected someone else prior to me, well let's just say I wouldn't say for brevity.

as surfsatwerk said, you'd get an infection of a virus, HIV. HIV can cause AIDS. They aren't the same thing. They do have different names.

Given a lifetime of the right drug cocktail, the infection might never develop into AIDS.
 
I am a super geek, I have an immunity to Aids, in that I can't get a woman so I can't get AIDS from one. 😀

I knew there was a bonus somewhere.

HIV is not something you should even have to ask about. People with HIV should walk around with a goddamn stamp on their forehead that says "I GOT THE HIV". I don't give a flying fuck if the life expectancy for HIV infected people has gone up, fuck that. You don't tell me you got herpes? I'll be mad, but I'd probably eventually get over it, you don't tell me you have HIV, you're dead period.
