If a service doesnt start till I log in....

I guess I have to set it run under a different account? Say I have CF server. It wont start until I log in as administrator, but stays running after I log out.

If the service is set to run under the local system account shouldn?t it run when the system starts up? I guess I?m just wondering if it is trying to run but failing for some reason.

All services start when the machine boots, regardless of the credentials used. You are mistaken in your assumption.
