depends on what kind of experience. you can be a copy boy in microsoft but that still wouldn't mean anything.

it all depends

if u have tons of of work experience, it is ok if ur gpa is not great
if u have very good gpa, it is ok if ur work experience is minimal
if u have bad gpa and no work experience, hello starbucks!!

if u are somewhere in the middle, where most people are, it depends on your personality in the interview, and maybe a bit of luck

if my cumulative GPA is 2.8 and my upper division GPA is 3.1, which GPA do i tell them?
