I'd restart from my freshmen year. I already know exactly what I will do differently. Now where's that lamp?

Actually do homework and go to class my freshman year so I didn't get kicked out to community college

The only thing I regret about college, is that I didn't live on campus.

I lived at home and commuted.

If I got to redo it, I'd actually go "away" to college, to experience the Dorms/College life.

I get the same feeling, but then I look at what I've done commuting.... and I'm not so sure I'd like to change that so much.

I'd really like to have a car and still live on rez, that would be sweet. That way I could party, and still be a car guy (not at heart) at the same time :)

I would have avoided joining a fraternity filled with people who wanted to go to the casino after getting drunk.

I would change absolutely everything related to the first 2 years, and most of the 3rd year. At least I got one good year out of it.

After High School, I worked full-time for 2 years in a warehouse, then got an Associates degree. Then I get my sh!t together and got my BS.

If I did it again, I would have went straight to the 4 year college after HS. I wasted a good 4 to 6 years.

Tough question. I could say I would study harder, but I studied pretty darn hard the first time. I'd probably switch my major, since I was premed all the way through senior year, but decided not to go to med school. I'd probably attend a cheaper, state school, and use the tuition difference to fund investments.

I would definitely have more bawls and ask women out more aggressively.

Guys, if you're in college now, TAKE THE OPPORTUNITIES YOU HAVE NOW. You're never going to have such an incredible target-rich environment ever again.

My wife and I had a very similar discussion recently. Up until about a year or two ago, the college years were the best years of my life and I would have gone back in a heartbeat. I was in shape, damn good looking, had a lot of friends, beer was cheap, etc. No kids/wife/etc to worry about, just go to school when I felt like it, go to work, then go out to the bars every night.

I have 2 kids, a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old and have been married for 8 years. I've come to realize that I'm now experiencing the best years of my life and couldn't bear to not see my kids regularly and would miss my wife.
