Oookay, long explanation of divine numbers.
The number 3 represents heavenly and divine perfection.
The number 4 represents earthly and material perfection.
'Godly perfection' is represented by both these elements, or by 7 (add 3+4, easy).
That's why Satan's number is 6 - it falls short of 7, IE., Satan attempts to set himself up as a god, but cannot actually measure up.
The "perfect number", then, is 12 (3 * 4). There were 12 apostles, 12 tribes of Israel, 12 patriarchs, 12 foundations of heavenly Jerusalem, 12 gates, 12 pearls, 12 angels, walls of New (heavenly) Jerusalem where to be 12,000 furlongs long, etc. (Worth noting that "the number sealed" in Revelation is stated as 144,000 - 12 * 12 a thousand times)

And if you really wanna get nasty then it would also signify God. After all, he created everything right? So also Satan, and the evils which he could choose from to become the evil being the Bible claims him to be. Humans are 'Children of God' as God created them, Satan was also created by God, so both Satan as well as the Antichrist will basically be God's children too
