I'm glad we are at this point where you really can't perceive performance differences between the major browsers. Let OOBE, features, interface and extensibility be the criteria for deciding what browser a user chooses.
I like Chrome's Sync feature the best, particularly how it includes extensions in your sync data.
I like Firefox's superior library of add-ons. Something like Flashgot has no equivalent elsewhere, in terms of letting you download any streaming flash video from the Web. DownThemAll is great for downloading galleries of images and queuing up downloads.
IE9 is slick, fast, will still work with the odd page that doesn't come up right elsewhere and nice enough that most casual users won't need anything 'extra'.
I think the current state of affairs is win.
