IE7 Favorites problem

Guys, I'm writing this on behalf of my father, who's having an issue with his favorites in IE7, fully patched. He says that a portion of his favorites now redirect to a Yahoo site. What would cause this to happen?

I did a Google search and came up w/ next to nothing. I did send him cwshredder to see if that indicated anything amiss. Any suggestions out there?
