I have IE7 Beta 3.

As soon as I click the next button on ANY AT review, the window crashes to desktop. What gives? This didn't happen with IE6, or with some of the Beta IE7 versions. I'm miffed. The event viewer got me nothing at all that was useful, other than it is an application error. My guess is Flash may be the culprit...but I haven't seen this on other Flash heavy websites. This error is so far only on AT.

The error message is below. When checked with help and support center online you get diddly squat for useful information.

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.5450.4, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00031a83.

I'm sure Anandtech wouldn't be able to tell you the reason. It's beta - report it to Microsoft.

Because MS Blows and IE7 shouldn't be released. Yet another browser we have to make hacks and workarounds for. They could have just done some minor updates on IE6..

I have IE7 beta 3 and I've never had this happen. It's probably something else messing up your browser. Possibly a spyware infection or something like that.

Found the cure!

It was the Flash that AT uses. Once I upgraded to Flash 9.0 (from the website) everything works without a hitch.

Thanks for the input. Maybe someone else is having issues and this can help.
