Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help, my friends laptop cannot access Yahoo Mail.
It goes to Yahoo fine and allows you to enter your username and password but once you have entered them it goes to a white page with the following message..

"If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent
you from automatically redirecting to a new URL."

I have checked all the settings and can't find anything that world change this.
I originally thought it may be a virus or spyware but having run the latest virus DATs and spyware removers etc the laptop is clean.

There is nothing on the Microsoft site, has anyone come across this problem before or does anyone know how I can solve this?
