IE6. no more "file, new, message"

I installed thnderbird or what ever that mail client is.

it took over all my defalts and what not.

when i uninstalled it and used outlook express, outlook said "would you like to make me the default mail client?"

I said yes

even in the options its the default mail client and in internet explorer 6.0 its the default client.

Yet... i can not do "file, new, message" in internet explorer 6.0!

in internet explorer, go to "tools" then Internet Options, there is a tab called programs, now set "email" to whatever email program you want
