IE6 Gurus, Please help

I have this weird problem, Everytime i open or click on a link which pops up as a second window. The new window will minimize and hides itself in the tool bar only , the only way to view it is to right click on it and maximize it. It is annoying as hell. I have no idea as to how to change this. Please help me out. Thanks.

Try this:

1. Size your IE window to the size you want it to be.
2. Click File | New | Window
3. Click File | Close (you must use this method to close the window)
4. Click File | Close to close all other open IE windows
5. Now, re-open IE and try opening a link in another window and see what happens

Using File | Close should force IE to write its current size to the registry to be used in the future. If this doesn't work, try a different method of opening the link in another window. If the right-click method doesn't work try shift+click and vice versa.
