IE wacked

I can't view source on any page... notepad doesn't come up... default editor is set to Notepad still.

Also a lot of pics (not all) that I want to save are asking to be saved as bitmap (name: untitled). Some sites I frequent that posted pics used to save as JPGs. Since it's not just that site that's changed, I figure this is my IE's issue.
