Definitely looks cool, but just seems like something that can be majorly exploited security-wise.

I thought that too, but I can now watch yahoo music videos again, so I'll risk it.:p

This kind of thing is cool (like IE view was cool but obviously a little obsolete now). But it'd be really nice if people would port it to other platforms, like safari on os x, konqueror on kde (or whatever gnome equivalent) and opera on any platform.

Oh, and even more cool would be if it could duplicate session info into the new tab, like cookies and such so it'd be just the rendering engine that's different. I'm assuming this doesn't work like that.

Wow, that is very cool. I've been using IEView for a while now, but I'll have to give IE tab a try. It looks to be much more convenient. Thanks for that!

Unless hell froze and there's a blue moon outside (and if all underweight celebrities turn obese tomorrow), it implements the IE ActiveX control. Can't be ported (easily) because it's closed source (the IE ActiveX control), although WINE would probably work since IE itself works under WINE.

No, I don't imagine that the tab viewer part will get implemented for other browsers. But I don't see why the IEview-like functionality couldn't be done.
