IE problem maybe?

I use ADSL connection. Sometimes ill have a game called Infantry running. It runs online. Anyways. Ill minimize it to look at web pages. And sometimes the pages wont load. Sometimes they load half way. Sometimes they wont load for minutes. The only way to fix it to wait impatiently for sometimes 5 minutes before you have to reconnect for it to work. BTW the game never D/c's. So i was wondering if it was a IE problem?

Any chance the game is running at a slightly higher priority and hogging the CPU, not giving IE enough CPU time to work properly (I have seen that before). It's the first thing that comes to mind since your game is not being disconnected (and I presume browing is just fine when the game isn't running, right?)

Yes it runs just fine. Also sometimes when i try to launch the "Launchpad" that starts the game. It wont start. I want tio wait then try again for a few minutes. then the game will work just fine. I doubt that the game hogs my cpu. Its a FPS. The min specs are really low. its not a top end game like EQ. Still haveing the problem though

I just realized you didn't mention what OS, and I had presumed 2K/XP, was that a safe asuumption? If so, the CPU issue should be easy to check (and it's easy for a badly written program to hog the cpu, even while not seeming to do much). Should be easy to check, just minimize the game and watch the cpu usage for a minute or so. (Of course, if your on 9x/Me, you'll need a third party something to check the usage)
