Anyone else getting a pop-up window wanting you to take a survey and let them track your internet useage?

Talk about annoying! I opted not to participate, yet every time I start IE, I get that damed pop-up!:|
 
Yup. I was about to participate seeing that AnandTech provides a free service that's so good. Then, I realized if I participated (and countless others) that AnandTech would see this as a successful ad campaign. So I'm just ignoring it for now, but it is annoying.
