IE Maximized Windows are only 2" Tall

This has happened once before, I think I fixed it last time by changing my resolution and then changing it back. But that didn't fix it.

I ran SpyBot Search and Destroy, so any suggestions?

What the hell are you talking about? You mean those $hitty ad windows that are 2" tall? IE automatically maximizes them? You do it yourself?

Close all open IE windows except one of them. MAXIMIZE the IE window then close it. When you reopen it should be full screen.

I replied before you edited your thread title and before the thread was moved to Software. Your original thread title only said that you were having problems with IE.

From the screenshot, IE looks like it's been moved down.

From the screenshot, IE looks like it's been moved down.

It does... but if you look at the button next to the 'X' up at the top right (maximize/restore), it's on the restore, showing that it's maxmized.... meaning something's preventing the top of the title bar in IE from going to the top of the screen when the window's maximized.

Not sure of what could be causing it, myself...
