IE keeps reverting webpages back in time!

Almost Every time I load a page in internet explorer, the page shows up as an earlier date. I'll load any site that archives by date and the front page comes up like its Nov 2003 or any earlier date. My html e-mail does the same thing. If I refresh a couple of times then it finally goes current. I've scanned for viruses and such but my system seems to be clean. Anybody heard of this? Thanks!
 
[*]delete your temporary internet files
[*]run adware/spybot/spysweeper to remove adware & malware
[*]make sure your date/time is set correctly
