IE is not working properly (not selecting files)

Whenever I click on "choose files from my hard-drive", nothing happens in IE (last version, using Win7 32 bit).

For example, if we have:

http://www.filehosting/

And then I click here:

"Choose my files", a command used to browse the Hard Drive and select files,

Nothing will happen. And I will see this:

http://www.filehosting/#

Any idea what is wrong? Maybe it's a Flash/Java bug?

Note: It's only happening with IE, not Firefox/other browsers.
