Running XP and my IE looks all big now... like 600x480 and im runnin 1024x768.. no color either? anyideas?
 
Try View > Text size.. make sure its not set to anything higher then Medium.

Also, View > Tool Bars > Customize > Icon Options. Set it to small icons.

See if that helps it at all
