IE images don't load always

IE doesn't load some images right the first time. i might have to reload or show picture to load it up. happens sometimes in forums especially since there are so many little images to download. minor problem, minor annoyance. anyone else having this?
 
I had that problem with Windows XP after installing SP1. I did a slipstream recently of WinXP/SP1 and I don't have the problems anymore.
