IE help!?!

was downloading a file using IE when power got cut for a min or two. because of the power cut, my internet connection died.

anyway, IE still thinks its downloading, but no new bytes are being transferred.

is there anyway to re-establish the connection without starting the download all over again?

Just press cancel and download it again. Sometimes it picks up where it left off.....
