IE - can't get to www.anandtech.com

For some reason with IE I cannto get to anandtech - I'm gettting a 403 error. With Netscape I'm in fine. I even cut and pasted the url from Netscape to IE (in case I had fat fingered) - no luck.

flush your cache settings and temperary files

I had that too.

A couple of refreshing in IE fixed the problem.

Flushing did not help at all. 4 refreshes worked.
