Does anyone have a recommendation for a program to auto refresh IE pages? Im trying the power refresher add on, from in the add ons gallery inside IE, but it isnt doing the job.

Does it have to be IE? Opera has that functionaility built right into the right click context menu. ("Reload Every...")
