IE and OE issues

Ok, so I do not know why, but some sites fail to render on my IE, they get rendered as just html(Anandtech is one of them, I am typing now with opera 🙂). So for example, AT's front page looks like I hit view source, only it's displayed in IE, also Outlook Express shows things like
