IE always wants to save pics at .bmp

Ok I know the trick is to empty out my cache. However, this is happening like every single day. I'll empty it out, it'll be fine. Then when I go to save a picture it'll want to save it as .bmp. Also this affects me viewing someone's HTML. If I right click, view source, nothing comes up. To alleviate this problem I have to empty my cache once again. However it's very annoying. Any idea on how to get rid of this annoying problem?
 
i hate it when IE does that...

one time, it bugged me so much that i re-formated my hard drive and re-loaded windows
 
The moral of the story: IE sucks; get Firefox 😉

(i owe the section of this forum bigtime, since here i learned about Firefox, & now i never use IE)
 
Heh, I'm another member of the "IE sucks" camp. I've been using Opera for a couple years now and have opened IE maybe 20 times since moving to Opera. Life just got better after leaving IE behind 😛
