IE 7 Cookies Problem

I have been experiencing this ever since the first beta, but always thought it would be fixed with teh final teh release.

Unfortunately, even teh final release has this problem.

The problem is, after I logon to all the forums and email addresses I have for ease of use in the future, everytime I restart, all the cookies are deleted, and I have to reenter those passwords and logon again to each of those websites!

This is so annooying, please help me fix it!

I use Ad-Aware regularly so Im sure its not adware, and run NOD32 as my AV.

I also use CCleaner, but I made sure to not check the clear cookies option.

PS: which email can I send this problem to? what's microsoft's support email

That the primary reason why I stayed with IE 6.0 as my default browser.
IE 7.0 is laced with all kinds of maladies that I won't go into. Everytime a new "updated" browser is introduced, the problems appear soon after.
That's why I use Netscape 7.2 for my AT browser. Don't need anything fancy, just that it works!
